Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Says He’s Not Afraid Of Clowns So Ellen Puts That To The Test

Ellen DeGeneres is known for being a bit of a practical joker and she certainly has fun with that fact on her TV show. Sean “Diddy” Combs made an appearance on her show and she decided to get a little bit spooky.

She asked him:

“Halloween‘s coming up. Is this a true story? I want to know. I heard you’re scared of clowns.”

Combs responded:

“Impossible … because I’m a black man. I have so many other things to be fearful of — a clown is not going to scare me.”

DeGeneres pushed harder.

And he pushed right back.

“Yes. I’m not afraid of clowns.”

Right at that moment, a terrifying clown who looked a bit like Pennywise leapt out of a box that had been sitting next to Combs.

The clown ran off stage and Combs jumped out of his seat and did a little dance.

He  sat back down, saying:

“Yeah, I got you. Oh, you wanna play? You know, I woke up this morning, and I said, ‘I want my life to be full of surprises.’ Ellen, I thank you. Thank you’.”

Ellen was satisfied, whereas Combs joked she had really damaged his street cred.

A video of the moment can be seen below.

People were amused.

Others could not get over the fact that Combs turned his jump-scare into a dance.

But most related hard.

Nothing like a clown jumping out of a box to get that blood pumping.
