This ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Plot Hole Has The Entire Cast Of ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Completely Puzzled

Okay, this is where the Marvel Universe gets confusing.

After it was revealed Spider-Man: Far From Home would pick up after the effects of Avengers: Endgameit sets up the trajectory for a new chapter in the Marvel universe.

However, this also leaves the door open for a huge plot hole.

Peter Parker was snapped away by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War.  And it took him five years to return to earth: he didn’t age, but a bunch of people from his high school class probably did.

However, FFH‘s trailer seems to suggest that none of the other members of Peter’s class aged, either.

Holland himself was completely perplexed by this.

In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel on Jimmy Kimmel Live! he was asked why the cast of FFH were all still in high school.

His response? He straight up turned to his cast and said “Why ARE we still in high school?”

Meanwhile, Cobie Smulders just said “I don’t want to pull that thread.  But y’know, I-I don’t know.”

Jacob Batalon also acknowledged it may be one of the “biggest plot holes of all time.”

But yes, every single character is still there.

And nobody really understands why.

The film is slated for release on July 2nd.

Hopefully, we will see how that plot hole develops.
