The Senate hearing for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh definitely cemented the divide within the United States. Those who believe Kavanaugh are celebrating, while those who believe he sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford Ford are shaking their heads at what they see as an unjust and corrupt system.
Despite how anyone felt, the swearing in ceremony took place with the other Supreme Court Justices in attendance. Many on Twitter noticed that women’s rights hero Ruth Bader Ginsburg, aka The Notorious RBG, looked less than thrilled to be witnessing the swearing in.
People on social media related hard to RBG.

I hope Ruth Bader Ginsburg gives Kavanaugh the most vicious side eye every fucking day. And then when she passes away in 35 years I hope she haunts his ass too.

Reminder to get your flu shot this year so that we can protect Ruth Bader Ginsburg with herd immunity

I just keep thinking about Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan having to work alongside Brett Kavanaugh, and I feel sick and angry for them. What an insult to them to confirm this creep.

If nothing else, I hope RBG trolls the fuck out of Kavanaugh every single day.
“Welcome to your first day, Brett, have a beer. You like beer, right?”
“Did you Mark this down on your calendar?”
“Hey, Brett, have you seen that email I printed out? I can't seem to find it.”

Was I the only one waiting for RBG to melt Kavanaugh with her eye lasers? She can do that, right?

Bader Ginsburg is 85 years old. Twitter users are begging her to hang on for as long as she can.
Dear Ruth Bader Ginsburg #RBG,
I will make you chicken soup, blueberry smoothies, kale salad, and elderberry syrup every week, and help pay for your trainer, until this hell ends. Please hang on–for all of us.
Yours sincerly, Sara

We certainly hope that’s true, @MikeySunshine!
On a more positive note, Justice Ginsburg says she has no plans to retire in the near future, and we’re sure glad to hear it.
