This All-Boomwhacker Cover Of ‘Don’t Stop Believin” Is Impressive AF 😮

We all love a good musical cover. We love it even more when they’re done in a creative and new way. Enter Harvard’s THUD percussion group! They’ve taken boomwhackers and managed to create a thoroughly entertaining cover of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

In case you don’t know that a boomwhacker is, they are long plastic tubes of varying lengths that produce different pitches when hit against a hard surface.

In the beginning, it’s hard to make out exactly what’s happening, but quickly, the song coalesces into something uniquely joyful and playful…

But that’s not their only boomwhacker extravaganza. There’s this movie theme mashup…

And others have gotten in on the fun too, covering all your favorite artists.

There’s Adele…

These pretty epic renditions of “Shape of You”…

There’s our favorite crooner, Jason Mraz…

Of course, Disney got the boomwhacker treatment too…

All of our favorite early 2000s bands got a medley…

And who could resist a little Michael Jackson…

And there was this great classic rock medley…

We want more!
