Harry Styles Pays Tribute To Manchester Bombing Victims With Moving Ariana Grande Cover

Former One Direction member, Harry Styles performed on Monday night at the Manchester Arena and it was not lost on the singer that nearly a year ago, during an Ariana Grande show, a terrible tragedy occured. On that might in 2017, 23 people were murdered when a homemade bomb detonated as people were leaving the arena.

During his show, Styles gave a heartfelt tribute to the victims and survivors who will never forget that night. Before singing Just A Little Bit of My Heart, a song off Grande’s 2014 My Everything album, Styles had this to say:

I grew up coming to my first concerts in this room, I love this room. The next song that we’re going to play, I wrote a few years ago, and I gave it to a singer called Ariana Grande. She sang it a few times, and now we’re going to do our version of it for you — and if you can find some way to join in please do so. I stand with you, Manchester.

You can hear the song below.

While some were touched by the tribute, nejma and t, were more concerned about whether the song belonged to Styles or Grande. The debate raged on.

Regardless of who owns the song, people at the concert, appreciated the moment.
