Good News, Dieters–Tequila May Be Your New Best Friend

If you’ve been looking to lose weight (lots of us are, no shame in that) but you also don’t really want to give up alcohol (lots of us don’t, no shame in that either) then a recent study might make your day. 

The American Chemical Society has found that the sugars in tequila lower your overall blood sugar and may make you eat less. Translation: possible weight loss! Add this to recent studies that found tequila helps you maintain bone strength and maybe, just maybe, we can call tequila a health food.
