A 31-year-old woman has been accused of stalking and harassing a man who she went on just one date with last year. The woman, Jacqueline Ades, was charged on Tuesday.
According to court documents obtained by ABC 7, Ades sent the victim, who has remained unidentified, about 500 text messages a day. A few of the texts read things like, “I want to wear your body parts” and “bathe in your blood.” The San Francisco Gate reports that that in another message, Ades referred to herself as “the new Hitler.”
In a jail interview Thursday with AZ Family, Ades said that she loved the man and that he is her soul mate. “I felt like I met my soul mate and I thought we would just do what everybody else did and we would get married and everything would be fine,” Ades said.
She and the victim met in July 2017. Since then, she has not stopped harassing the man. At one point in time, the victim called police, who was watching surveillance footage of his home. When the authorities arrived at the scene, they found Ades taking a bath in the victim’s tub. She was subsequently charged with felony trespassing, but was released.
On Tuesday, Ades was once again charged; this time with misdemeanor harassment and two felonies for stalking and threatening and intimidating.
