Seth MacFarlane Compares Not Baking A Cake For A Same-Sex Wedding To Not Seating Black People

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday came down with a 7-2 decision in favor of a Christian baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple based on his religious beliefs.

The court found that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission violated baker Jack Phillips’ First Amendment rights. According to CBS News, there are currently appeals pending in the case.

Following the ruling, predictably, the Department of Justice released a statement saying they were “pleased” with the court’s decision.

Many, however, were outraged by the decision, and Seth MacFarlane of The Family Guy fame, was no exception.

He took to Twitter on Monday with an epic rant:
