Chadwick Boseman Gave His MTV Movie Award For ‘Best Hero’ To The Man Who Stopped The Waffle House Shooter ❤️

Fans can’t get enough of actor Chadwick Boseman, who played the lead character in the blockbuster film Black Panther, and for good reason. Boseman displayed a level of grace we don’t always see coming out of Hollywood when he accepted an MTV Movie award. Instead of accepting it for himself, he called up real-life hero James Shaw to take the award.

People recognized Shaw as the man who singlehandedly disarmed a shooter with an AR-15 style rifle during a shooting in a Nashville, Tennessee, Waffle House last April.
