Kylie Jenner’s Fans Have Now Made A GoFundMe To Help Her Become A Billionaire Faster

GoFundMe has become the go-to place to help others in need through the power of social media.

Between fundraisers for charities and non-profits, raising money for people who cannot afford expensive but life-saving surgeries, aiding a family who lost a parent to get back on their feet and more, the website makes it simple to financially contribute to those who need it most.

Those who are desperate for financial assistance now include the – according to Forbes – self-made soon-to-be billionaire Kylie Jenner.

Just kidding.

Well… kind of.

Josh Ostrovsky is a well-known comedian, writer and social media celebrity. Ostrovsky created a GoFundMe to raise $100 million for the famous reality television starlet, makeup mogul and entrepreneur.

This $100 million boost would make Jenner the youngest “self-made” billionaire in the world. Others have reached the one billion mark at much younger ages through inheriting their wealth.

The current record holder is Mark Zuckerberg who made his first billion at age 23.

The description of Ostrovsky’s fundraising campaign reads:

“Kylie Jenner was on the cover of Forbes Magazine today for having a net worth of 900 million dollars, which is heartbreaking.”

“I don’t want to live in a world where Kylie Jenner doesn’t have a billion dollars.”

As of Sunday morning, donations for the campaign exceeded $1,700.

Of course, this campaign began as a joke.

Ostrovsky told the Daily Mail that when the campaign fails to earn $100 million, all proceeds will go to an as yet unnamed charity.

Because, after all, Jenner has achieved millionaire status and is approaching billionaire status all on her own according to Forbes – no campaigns necessary.

Twitter got in on the joke, one woman joked that she’d miss a child support payment so that she could contribute.

Gotta do what you gotta do. Right?

While someone else claimed to have taken out a second mortgage on his house to support Jenner.

Sometimes aiding in the greater good requires selflessness and sacrifice.

Jenner, who will be 21 in August, appeared on a recent cover of Forbes – who claimed that at the rate she’s growing her empire, she could become the youngest self-made billionaire.

“At 21, she’s set to be the youngest-ever self-made billionaire.” the infamous finance and business magazine wrote.

Jenner is sitting on a $900 million throne, which she has accumulated through reality television, a cosmetics empire, social media sponsorships, and other entrepreneurial endeavors.

People don’t disagree that she has amassed an enormous fortune, but some claim that she is the furthest thing from self-made.

Others disagree.

She might have been born with a few advantages, but she hustles and works hard to get what she has, and has accomplished more at 20 than most people do in a lifetime.

Regardless of exactly how she got there, congratulations to Kylie.

No matter what people think, no one can deny that she has put in a lot of time and effort to get to where she is.
