Four Teens Arrested After Snapchats With ‘Vulnerable Woman’ Emerge

On Friday afternoon, five teenage boys assaulted a woman in her 40s in Bury St. Edmunds in Suffolk, England.

The boys, ranging in age from 15 to 17, allegedly had a verbal disagreement with the woman and retaliated by throwing eggs and flour on her. The woman was not physically injured, but suffered emotional distress.

The result of the assault was photographed and shared on Snapchat, where comedian Robin Armstrong happened to see it. He went on to post the photo and his exchange with the Snapchatter, Cohan, as well as a brutal shaming of the teens. His video has accrued nearly three million views since it went up on Friday.

Check out Armstrong’s post.

(Armstrong’s claim of the woman’s disability has not officially been confirmed.)

The internet is shocked and outraged at these boys’ behavior.

As someone who is a part of the younger generation, I’m embarrassed that kids think it’s acceptable to do this to anyone, fullstop. I’ve been bought up with respect and care, I know what’s right and what’s wrong. They’ll get what’s coming to, karma will slap them right back in their face. Sending thoughts to the women in question, id hate to think how she feels❤️

All five boys have been arrested, but at least four of them have since been released on bail.
