Tucker Carlson’s Anti-Diversity Rant On Fox News Gets The Smackdown On Twitter

In Tucker Carlson’s perfect world, there is no room for diversity.

The conservative news host slammed Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton for calling for more diversity in the workplace and in government, during a live segment on his Fox News program, Tucker Carlson Tonight.

The incredulous host implied that diversity in our country doesn’t add to the strength of our nation while the chyron on the screen asked: “How exactly is ‘diversity’ our ‘strength’?”

“Please be specific,” he asked of Democrats to explain the positive motto.

Here is a YouTube clip below, featuring his rant on diversity.

Carlson listed marriage and the military as examples where diversity weakens institutions. “Can you think of other institutions such as, I don’t know, marriage or military units, in which the less people have in common, the more cohesive they are?”

He was promptly schooled for his narrow-minded views.

“Adam the Animator” from Twitter broke down the important role diversity plays in our society in five basic principles.

The Fox host continued with his rant aligned with white nationalist views.

“Do you get on better with your neighbours or co-workers if you can’t understand each other, or share no common values? Please be honest as you answer this question.”

The segment stemming from white supremacist ideas incited an open letter pleading for ads to pull sponsorships for the Fox program.

Carlson has always been vocal on his stance against both legal and undocumented immigrants, referring to them as potentially dangerous criminals.

The letter addressing corporations to pull out from the show stated that such segments on “demographic change” has gotten endorsements from white nationalist and Ku Klux Klan member David Duke.

Vox noted that even the neo-Nazi website, Daily Stormer, called Carlson “literally our greatest ally.”

A military member also spoke out to suggest Carlson needs to do his research. They didn’t appreciate being spoken for.

Tucker Carlson, here’s an answer for you.
