Dolly Parton And Sia Have Teamed Up For A New Cover Of An Old Parton Song 😍

We’re getting some new Dolly Parton tracks, thanks to the Jennifer Aniston helmed project, Dumplin’, which has landed at Netflix! The movie centers on the daughter of a former pageant queen who meets a boy while working at a fast food joint. When her confidence is shaken, she chooses to enter the pageant world to regain it by way of making her mom proud.

The movie is based on the Julie Murphy novel of the same name. Dolly Parton is providing the soundtrack for the movie, and she’s teaming up with other big names to offer new takes on old songs. One of them is the 1971 hit “Here I Am”, which was originally released on the LP Coat of Many Colors. On this version, Parton duets with none other than Sia. It was dropped this past Thursday.

Take a listen below…

Miranda Lambert, Mavis Staples, Elle King, Alison Krauss, Miley Cyrus, Rhonda Vincent and the film’s stars, Jennifer Aniston and Danielle Macdonald, also share duets with Parton on the film’s soundtrack. The full album is set for a November 3rd release.

People were beside themselves…

People had a lot to say about the track itself…

And most just heaped praise on Dolly Parton…

We can’t wait for the full album!
