Clueless, a loose adaptation of Jane Austen’s Emma, is an iconic movie of the 90s.
The movie offered us a satirical look inside the lives of a bunch of Beverly Hills teenagers. The original film, which starred Alicia Silverstone, Paul Rudd, Breckin Meyer, Jeremy Sisto, Stacey Dash and the late Brittany Murphy, is a cult classic.
Now Deadline is reporting that Paramount Pictures has a remake in the works set to be produced by Girls’ Tripproducer Tracy Oliver.
Some fans were a little frustrated that it seems like all Hollywood is doing these days is rebooting old stories.
Is Hollywood incapable of making new stories? Seriously….

I could literally give Hollywood a book full of ideas for movies

Rather than remaking Clueless why not just make another modern day version of Emma?

There is no need to remake this classic film. Why not get rid of the "Clueless" people thinking this is a good idea and stat thinking outside the box and find some new ideas!
