Sean “Diddy” Combs was shocked and heartbroken when his ex-girlfriend and mother of his four children, Kim Porter, passed away on November 15 at her home in California.
After three days, Combs finally posted on Twitter:
For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much. Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship. pic.twitter.com/QtVnUrv0ep

“He and Kim were still very close friends and co-parents even though their romantic relationship didn’t work,” a source told PEOPLE. “They were still a family.”

Porter died after suffering an episode of cardiac arrest. She left behind not only Combs but four children: son Christian, 20, 11-year-old twin daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James, and Porter’s oldest child, Quincy, 27, whom Combs considers a son.
This is so real, Diddy. I hope you know how much we’ve all been waiting and praying for you and your family, and we will continue to do so respectfully. Rest In Peace to the awesome life and legacy of Ms. Kim Porter. God bless. ???????????? pic.twitter.com/SVzzd6qbmZ

As my mother would say, "that is your ONE." Sometimes in life, we get our one. No matter what else comes, they are the ONE. I have not stopped thinking of you and your children. You have given so much love and inspiration to us. The universe will return favor to you and yours. ❤

It’s not the physical of a person we fall in love with; it’s the spirit. And the Spirit lives forever.

Don’t even try to explain your unexplainable relationship. Every knows you love her. Love is such a beautiful thing but it can be complicated. No explanation needed. ????????

Just love her , Just always love her near or far in light and in day. Through immense and unthinkable pain love her. Death can’t remove her spirit. Death can’t remove the memories.

You are feeling the same way all of us do that have people in our lives that die prematurely. The guilt from not treating them better will always be there. Kim loved you with all of her heart and all you did was cheat on her, constantly. I'm sorry that hurt will not go away.

Honestly don't know this kind of pain. Don't ever want to feel it.
I pray for you and your family @Diddy May God grant you'll the peace and strength only He can at this time ????????
