Diddy Breaks His Silence Over ‘Soulmate’ Kim Porter’s Death With Touching Video Tribute

Sean “Diddy” Combs was shocked and heartbroken when his ex-girlfriend and mother of his four children, Kim Porter, passed away on November 15 at her home in California.

After three days, Combs finally posted on Twitter:

“He and Kim were still very close friends and co-parents even though their romantic relationship didn’t work,” a source told PEOPLE. “They were still a family.”

Celebrities are coming out on Twitter to show their support for the family Porter left behind.

Porter died after suffering an episode of cardiac arrest. She left behind not only Combs but four children: son Christian, 20, 11-year-old twin daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James, and Porter’s oldest child, Quincy, 27, whom Combs considers a son.

Combs and his kids remain in our thoughts at this difficult time.
