Mariah Carey Posed For A Photo With Colin Kaepernick—And Trump Supporters Are Devastated ????

Pop singer Mariah Carey met and posed for a picture with activist, football player, and face of the new Nike campaignColin Kaepernick.

Kaepernick, who famously took a knee during the national anthem to protest systemic racism and police brutality in the Black community, is often criticized by Trump supporters who think his protest is somehow tied to American troops. (Hint: It’s not.)

Carey posted the photo to her Instagram account with the caption:

“Such an honor to meet @kaepernick7 today!”
