Stephen King is one of the most iconic and prolific authors of the last century. His books have been fodder for film and television, from Carrie to The Shining and Misery to It. He has also been a vocal critic of President Trump from the time he was a candidate. Because of this, King has even received the honor of being blocked by President Trump on Twitter.
On Tuesday, King took to Twitter again to roast the administration on Matt Whitaker’s appointment as interim Attorney General, Ivanka Trump’s use of a private email server, and the President’s refusal to condemn Saudi Arabia for the killing of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Trump condones murder, then explains it's okay for his daughter to do what he wanted Hillary Clinton locked up for. Oh, and his AG is a fucking crook. Impeach.

This was a button on some major criticism King has tweeted over the past few days.
Every day Trump finds a new way to denigrate, degrade, and debase the country he swore to preserve and protect. It’s sickening.

Trump’s criticism of McRaven and McCain, his spurious draft exemption, and his failure to visit even one of the “hot zones” where he continues to put American lives at risk—all these things point to a central fact: he’s a chickenshit.

People expressed their concerns over where the President is taking this country.
His AG has one overriding qualification that tops all other considerations: He can help Trump obstruct the Mueller investigation.

He's getting more brazen every day. He's almost nonchalant about how immoral he is. He doesn't understand or believe in Morality, he doesn't think anybody else really does either. That's why he thinks he's going to get away with this s***

I just really cant stand this president. He is beyond deplorable. HOW can GOP turn away from all of his crap? HOW IS IT PISSIBLE to be in Congress and NOT stand up for America? What are they waiting for?

Others felt that, even on Twitter, King was a master storyteller.
Ya know Steve, I new from the very first book I read of yours, Carrie or The Stand or, well anyone of the firsts, there was something I just liked about ya. You have spunk old boy, SPUNK!!!

And most were just here for the burn.
Thank you, Mr. King for not mincing words.

Maybe Stephen King will use this administration as inspiration for his next book.
