Author, actress, and former host of The View, Sherri Shepherd, made a change in her lifestyle and showed off the results in an Instagram photo. Shepherd said she gave up sugar and now feels amazing.
An added bonus: Shepherd shed 25 pounds after 260 days of being sugar-free while following a keto eating plan.
She captioned the post, saying in part:
