Mick Jagger Is Working On A Rolling Stones Ballet—Here’s What You Need To Know

This might sound strange, but Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger is developing a ballet set to the band’s music alongside his ballerina girlfriend Melanie Hamrick.

The Stones have conquered just about every form of media, so why not try performance art?

Reports indicate that 31-year-old Hamrick, the mother of Jagger’s 2-year-old son, is taking charge of the ballet’s production. It’ll apparently premier in New York City and include adapted versions of legendary Rolling Stones tracks like ‘You Can’t Always Get What You Want’ and ‘Paint It Black.’

Rolling Stones fans are curious to see if the upcoming ballet has “Moves like Jagger.”

But some aren’t sure about the combination of classic rock and ballet.

It certainly looks like Melanie Hamrick is qualified to choreograph a ballet.

Her relationship with Jagger and son Devi is adorable!

Though some on Twitter are doubting the untitled Rolling Stones ballet, it’s clear that Jagger’s baby-momma knows plenty about the elegant style of dance.

We’re sure the rock-and-roll legend will get more than a little satisfaction seeing his life’s work performed by a group of top-notch ballerinas.
