Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Trolls Her Dancing Critics In The Best Way Possible

If 2018 taught us anything it’s that haters are going to hate.

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently got put on blast for a video she made with friends in college, but she brushed the bullying off like a pro and came out on top in the best way.

The video in question shows Ocasio-Cortez recreating a dance from The Breakfast Club along with some of her fellow college classmates.

The video was actually created for Boston University’s Howard Thurman Center for Common Ground, which provides “programs, events and experiences to students designed to encourage creative exchange of ideas, thoughts, beliefs and opinions.”

Right wingers were thinking and hoping that the video would show the New York Congresswoman in a negative light, but unfortunately for them, dancing and fun are not considered cardinal sins on the left side of the tracks.

But despite the fact that her supporters had her back, Ocasio-Cortez decided to go the extra mile to prove that she didn’t care what conservatives had to say about her.

How did she do this?

Why another dance video, of course!

The day after she was sworn in as the Congresswoman for New York’s 14th congressional district, Ocasio-Cortez shot a video of herself dancing and lip-syncing to “War” by Edwin Starr outside of her Congressional office.

Watch the video here:

People everywhere are obsessed with the Congresswoman’s playful commitment to coming out on top of the hatred.

Now that’s how you handle the haters.
