We Never Knew How Much We Needed ‘Demon Beto O’Rourke’ In Our Lives Until Now

Beto O’Rourke’s popularity is high and he remains one of the favorites in a crowded Democratic field to challenge President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

O’Rourke is known for a charming and relatable speaking style––it contrasts heavily with the president’s own off-the-cuff manner. He’s measured, even polished.

But there has to be an “evil” version of him, somewhere deep down? Perhaps… a demonic version?

Enter Demon Beto O’Rourke, a parody of the Texas politician from comedian Alex Ptak, who we didn’t know we needed in our lives.

“Hungry Americans are looking for pious blood,” Demon Beto begins before offering a host of other witticisms, including:

  • “Down in Texas, when we say ‘way down south,’ we mean ‘in hell.’ We mean ‘in the pit of hell.'”
  • “Cerberus is my friend! He’s a dog! He has three heads!”
  • “Being jealous: That’s something we could do on a government level.”

Some people are a little particular…

…but it looks like Demon Beto’s a hit.

One person had the perfect idea:

Why is it perfect?

Because Beto stands on stuff. He stands on stuff a lot, in case you haven’t noticed:

We need to get these two together in a room. We’d pay good money to see them square off.
