Here’s a tip for delivery workers everywhere: don’t put your balls in anything.
A 31-year-old man from Maryville, Tennessee has been arrested after a Facebook video surfaced which shows him dipping his balls into a customer’s salsa as retribution for an 89 cent tip.
— FoxNashville (@FOXNashville) February 27, 2019
The man in the video has been identified as Howard “Matt” Webb, who was accompanying his friend Chaneese Booker while she was on the job for the delivery service “Dinner Delivered.”
In the clip, Webb can be seen placing an open container of salsa beneath his testicles, saying:
“This is what you get when you give an 89-cent tip for an almost 30-minute drive…Oh, it feels good on my balls.”
This is deeply disturbing.

Booker would later post the video to Facebook, where it was seen by a concerned third party, who contacted the company.
It’s unclear what she was expecting to happen, but this seems pretty standard when you upload a video of your own crimes to Facebook.
Dinner Delivered’s general manager, Aliyah Wilson, immediately called the police, who took Webb into custody.
She also fired Booker, though in calls with Buzzfeed Wilson downplayed the significance of Webb’s ball-dipping, saying it was just a very inappropriate joke:
“The video doesn’t show anything…it doesn’t show his testicles. It was a joke [and] the people filming it jokingly [said] they were doing this.”
Unfortunately, most people don’t want to eat salsa that’s even been jokingly close to a person’s balls, so police are charging Webb with “adulterated food/liquid/drugs.” He is currently in the Blount County Jail where his bail is set at $45k.
Twitter was horrified by the man’s actions:
imagine youre just sitting there eating some chips and all the sudden u start thinking naw he definitely dipped his balls in here like what kind of experiences do u have to go through to come up with this thought

If convicted, Webb could face up to 15 years in prison, so one can just hope that salsa felt REALLY good on his testicles.
