Turning Point USA Leader Who Was Caught Ranting In Racist Viral Video Suffers The Consequences

Turning Point USA—a conservative student group founded by activist Charlie Kirk—finally reached a breaking point in even their own rhetoric.

One of its chapter presidents from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas chapter was removed for being racist.

TPUSA is a conservative organization which in 2016 began maintaining the Professor’s Watchlist. The watchlist targets college professors and faculty who allegedly “discriminate against conservative students and advance left-wing propaganda in the classroom.”

The pro-MAGA group also attempts to “secretly interfere” with student government elections to “combat liberalism on college and university campuses.”

But after a viral racist video surfaced, TPUSA demonstrated that even they have a limit. Or they have a limit to what they’ll tolerate going viral for public consumption.

It’s hard to play the victim when a chapter president outs themself as a White nationalist and White supremacist.

In the video, one of the two students seen in bed was identified as Riley Grisar. He is seen hugging a white female student making the “OK sign” hand gesture which the alt-right recently appropriated to symbolize “White power.”

Things get uglier when the woman chants:

“We’re going to rule the country.”

“Fuck the ni***rs.”

This is what hateful people look like.

Or—according to TPUSA—what oppressed conservative students being victimized on college campuses look like.

At least until they get caught on camera expressing their “conservative beliefs.” Towards the end of the video, the person filming joins in and chants “F**** ’em all.”

After the video made the rounds on the internet, TPUSA stated on Thursday that they had ousted Grisar, who was the leader of the Las Vegas chapter of the group, according to Vice News.

The statement read, in part:

“His comments were abhorrent, un-American, and disqualifying. TPUSA has a zero-tolerance policy for hate.”

News platform It’s Going Down revealed a brief history of Grisar touting his white nationalism.

In another photo, Grisar was photographed with Charlie Kirk, who founded TPUSA in 2012 when he was 18.

Since then, the organization has grown with over 1,000 chapters in schools and universities across the country.

It also supports the NRA and fossil fuels and is against the “Black Lives Matter movement.”

Kirk is seen in the following photographs flaunting the same white power hand gesture similar to that of Grisar’s.

On Twitter, It’s Going Down continued covering TPUSA’s alt-right track record and even mentioned the departure of Candace Owens, who was an African American who also opposed “Black Lives Matter.”

The group’s close ties to President Donald Trump are hardly surprising.

But Kirk maintains that his group shows no tolerance when it comes to racist behavior.

In 2018, Kirk’s appearance at Colorado State University drew the attention of White nationalists who showed up and began chanting neo-Nazi slogans. Kirk later tweeted that he “got heated after my speech today at Colorado State University.”

Meanwhile, people are peeved that we can no longer use the “okay” sign.

Many remain critical of TPUSA and the principles on which they were founded.

TPUSA’s true mission and message is unclear based on Kirk’s past actions and the response to Grisar after the video went viral.
